AssurOne, a leading French digital broker dedicated to personal insurance. Founded in 2004, AssurOne Group initially focused on the direct sale of insurance products as a single carrier supplier. Subsequently the company has developed a successful indirect and direct brokerage business and has built up relationships with at least 20 major insurance companies. Customers are able to purchase products directly online as well as offline through a large network of introductory sources and via “white-labelled” products sold by major car manufacturers and retailers. In 2014, AssurOne Group was one of the leading online brokers in France, with more than 120,000 policies issued as at the end of 2013.

In June 2014, Seventure Partners and co-investor Bpifrance have successfully sold AssurOne Group to AnaCap Financial Partners LLP (“AnaCap”), the specialist European financial services private equity firm and AssurOne’s management.
