Sylvie Padrazzi, who holds a doctorate in Management Sciences from Paris IX Dauphine University, is Coporate Secretary - and General Partner -. She began her career in 1987 at Banque Worms, where her main duties were in General Management and administrative responsibility for the Management Department and then Investment Banking. In 1998, she moved to Credit Suisse Asset Management (France) SA to head up its Internal Audit department. She was appointed Administrative Director in 1999 before moving to wealth management company Masséna Finance Gestion in 2004 as General Secretary.
